Ensure the products are unopened, in their original packaging, and include all freebies or promotional items received with the order.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and wait for our authorized courier partner to arrive for the scheduled pickup at your doorstep.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team verifies the returned goods, your refund will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
